I live in Colorado with my husband Chris and our 2 dogs- Nittany (a golden retriever) and Honeybrown (a chocolate lab- and yes, she was named after the beer). Nittany was named after Chris’ and my alma mater’s mascot- the Nittany Lion! We both graduated from Penn State in 1999 and moved to CO shortly after- Chris in Jan. 2000 and me in Sept. 2000.
We were married in August 2001 in Pennsylvania (since that’s where both of our families are primarily from) and absolutely love living in Colorado. We try to take advantage of everything this state has to offer- skiing, hiking, biking, etc.
The latest goings-on in our lives include Chris being a part-time ski instructor at Copper Mountain for the 2nd winter and welcoming a new baby into our family in July 2009. We’re not going to find out the sex of the baby- we’re going to be old-fashioned and be surprised when Baby M makes his/her grand entrance into the world to find out if Baby M is a boy or girl.
