Everytime I have made our reservations, I have included the girls (even when they were just sitting on our laps), so did you include Skylar in your reservation? Maybe if she wasn't part of the reservation, and no one physically notices her and the fact that she doesn't have a boarding pass....that's the hang up. Who knows what the real rule is, but if I were you, I'd make sure to get her a boarding pass from now on. The other inconsistency we have experienced is going through TSA with formula/liquid for the girls. At Philly the first time we flew, the guy made John take the formula out of our cooler bag so he could look at the bottles individually. Then when we were on our return flight going through Denver TSA, John started to take out the formula and the guy was like, "WHAT are you doing?! Put it back in the bag!" So, John explained what had happened in Philly, and got a similar attitude that you described. Gotta love it. Glad you made it home safely. It was great to see you! Way to go, Skylar, for being such a good traveler!!! Sorry to hear about your frustrating experience at the airport - those Philly jerks don't know their a** from a hole in the ground! When I flew from Philly to Milwaukee back in June, I did NOT need a stinkin' "infant boarding pass" for Bella, but that was on US Airways and not United, so who knows. I agree with you that it's pretty annoying that the first lady who was checking your boarding passes either didn't notice you had a baby on your chest (which is lame) or didn't know the rules about a baby needing an infant boarding pass (even LAMER! I mean, hello - shouldn't the woman in charge of checking boarding passes know the rules about boarding passes????). If I were in your situation, I probably wouldn't have said anything bitchy but I TOTALLY would've been giving them my bitchiest facial expressions the whole time! :P Anyway, glad to hear you got it all figured out and didn't, like, miss your flight because of it.
